Hello Awesome Backers:
I have some good news and not so good news.
The good news is that Ghosts and Demons and the coloring book are printed. The not so good news is that the warehouse closed the day before the books were to be shipped. Arg! Right now, the warehouse is scheduled to reopen April 14 and start shipping things out, but as we all know that could change as well. I will keep you informed.
What did arrive on my doorstep yesterday were the prints and they look terrific!
REMINDERS:
Chocolate Tier: Niki C., please send me your address so Belle Monde can ship out your chocolate.

Prints/Bookmarks Ordered! And a Live Auction!

Hello Awesome Backers:
For this week's update post I wanted to let you know that the stretch goal prints and bookmarks have been ordered. Once I get a better idea of when the books and coloring books will arrive, I'll start putting together Backerkit to send out surveys. Also, I sent out the digital stretch goals through Kickstarter messaging a week ago, so be sure to check your KS messages. So far, I am really happy with the progress we are making toward fulfillment.
In other news... Many of you have probably heard that Diamond will stop distributing new comics for an indefinite period of time. However, you can still order books either from your local comic book store or from your favorite small press publisher. Once I know more, I will let you know. Because of this the comics industry has taken a pretty big hit. Everyone from your local comic book store to independent creators to small publishers like Source Point Press , who publishes the Boston Metaphysical Society trade paperback, are suffering. (No worries. I have plenty of copies for those of you who are getting one as part of your reward tier.)
To help alleviate some of that financial pain, Source Point is holding a LIVE AUCTION of some really cool stuff (Variant Covers, Original Artwork, Prizes, Raffles, etc.) on Wednesday, April 1 starting at 7:00 pm EST on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/SourcePointPress/

The Pins Are In!

I'm happy to report that the pins are in and they came out great! Here's a pic.
I also heard from the printer today who let me know that both books should arrive in early April unless there are warehouse closures or other issues related to the Corona Virus outbreak. I will keep you informed of any changes/delays.
In the meantime, the publisher of my short story, Here Abide Monsters, is running a Kickstarter campaign to publish a fun and snarky sci-fi novel that you might enjoy called, The Hereafter Bytes.

Funds are In! Books are Ordered!

Hello Awesome Backers:
The funds for the Kickstarter have successfully made it to my bank account which means both books have been proofed and ordered. I do not have a definitive arrival date yet, but we are looking at about five weeks. The pins will arrive shortly so I should have a photo of it in my next update.
For those of you who are getting the commission done by Gwynn, if you have not already done so, please send me your photo, type of costume you'd like to wear or let me know if you'd like to leave it up to her. Also, let me know what kind of pose you want with the demon, i.e., fighting with a sword, singing, dancing, etc. Email: [email protected].
