Brief Update on Ghosts and Demons and the Coloring Book

Hello Awesome Backers:
A brief update to let you know that the print-ready files for Ghosts and Demons AND the coloring book are off to the printer. I'm waiting for proofs from them and the final cost. Once I have an ETA on when the books are due to arrive I will send surveys out.
For those of you who pledged to the Chocolate Tier, thank you to those who have responded to my message. Six packages were shipped on 2/25/20. A head-ups to Niki C. and David F. to please send me your addresses so that Belle Monde can ship your chocolate to you.
In the meantime, Kickstarter will start dropping backers whose pledge could not be process starting tomorrow (2/27). So please check your messages and bring your credit cards up-to-date ASAP, otherwise you'll miss out on all this steampunk goodness. :) If for some reason you miss the deadline, feel free to message me and I'm sure we can work something out.

Hello Awesome Backers:
I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for your support. Because of you Boston Metaphysical Society has continued to grow both as a comic and prose series. None of this would have been possible without you.
Now on to the administrative stuff...
Please check and make sure your credit cards with Kickstarter are up-to-date so everything can be processed smoothly. It takes about 14 days for the money to be deposited into my account, but I will be prepping the books to go to the printer immediately. I think I mentioned before that the pins are already ordered, so that is done.
For those who pledged to the Commission Tier and the Chocolate Tier, I will be contacting you directly for some information. Otherwise, when the books are close to arriving I will be sending out surveys through Backerkit. I will notify you when that's about to happen. Digital stretch goals will be sent through Kickstarter messaging once the money has cleared into my account.
Once again, thank you for all your support. Now I will take a brief break from social media and go pet my dogs.

We are 300% funded!! Thank you so much for your support.
To give you a brief update, I have gotten the final edits for Ghosts and Demons from Jason, my pre-press guy, and handed off the coloring book to him. I also let the printer know that the files will be coming their way very soon. The pins will be ordered next week so everything is delivered to me at about the same time. I'm so excited to get this project to you!
In the meantime, Ray Chou and Vince Ferriero of Mythopoeia (Skies of Fire and Glow) have written an RPG set in an airship that is currently on Kickstarter. Unlike many RPGs, this one is about romance and hi-jinks in the air. All aboard...

Final Week Coming Up for Ghosts and Demons

Hello Awesome Backers:
We have blown past our last stretch goal, which means everyone who has pledged $6 or more to a reward will get eighteen (18) additional comics and those who have pledged to a physical reward will also get the two prints and three bookmarks! And we made that all important North American printing goal, so everyone should be getting the books earlier than expected. I will keep you informed as that progresses.
Speaking of which... Jason, my pre-press guy, has the final edits for the book so it is almost ready to go to the printer. Alejandro has turned in the final illustrations for the coloring book. I need to prep everything for pre-press, but I should be able to get it all to Jason early next week.

This sounds like it would be amazing right? Unfortunately, despite Alena's desire to do good, a Titan revival has its detractors; ranging from the head of the shady government augmentation program to the ex-augmented detective who hunts down any illegal augmentations, from Lovecraftian monsters in another dimension to her own disapproving parents.
The series has been inspired by the way superhero comics portray women and the lack of diversity within the industry.
